Degree Progress Audit

Stay on track to graduation through EA’s Degree Process Audit (DPA).

Eastern Arizona College’s degree audit system tracks your progress towards graduation or completion of other educational goals. The DPA helps plan your journey at EA by providing a listing of all the course work required for students to obtain an EA degree or certificate.

How the DPA Report Works

The DPA reports acts as a guide that:

  • Helps you plan each semester’s class schedule.
  • Keeps you on the right path to graduation by listing both completed and uncompleted requirements.
  • Shows how the courses you’ve completed will fulfill requirements for the degree or certificate you are currently enrolled in.

You are encouraged to obtain a DPA report before you begin classes at EA and at least once per semester to ensure your path to graduation and degree completion is still on track — saving yourself time and money from unexpected detours.

DPA reports can be obtained through an appointment with Academic Advising or through the MyEAC student portal.

Through MyEAC

  1. Log into MyEAC.
  2. Click “My Academics” in the navigation bar.
  3. Under “My Academics,” click on “Degree Audit.”
