Financial Aid

The Office of Student Financial Aid’s mission is to provide Eastern Arizona College (EAC) students, prospective, current, and past, with prompt, accurate, and courteous financial aid assistance.

To help students meet the financial obligations of college attendance, Eastern Arizona College administers a varied and comprehensive financial aid programs. Financial aid is designed to bridge the gap between the costs of attending college and what students and their families are expected to contribute. Citizens, or eligible non-citizens of the United States, may apply for assistance regardless of sex, age, color, religion, marital status, national origin, pregnancy-related conditions, handicap, or veteran disability.

There are four basic types of financial aid: Grants, Employment, Loans, and Scholarships.

Please be aware that EAC does not participate in any Federal Student Loan programs. Students may obtain a private educational loan through a bank or student loan company, but the student must seek out these types of loans on their own.

A complete description of these programs is available online at Student Aid Loans
