Apply to Admissions and Registration

• Apply for Admissions to EAC by completing the Admissions Form
• Provide EAC with your transcripts (More Info) from any attended high school, college, or university
• Be admitted and select a qualified Certificate or Degree Program
• Check your Financial Aid Status for account updates, deadlines and award information

Monitor Your Financial Aid Status

• Before any Federal Aid can be awarded, your FAFSA^® student file must be completed
• Check student Monster Mail often for communications
• Monitor any missing documents you may be required to submit by logging into your Financial Aid student account

MONITOR STATUS

Accept/Decline Financial Aid Awards

• Accept or decline your financial aid award in your Financial Aid student account
• Check with the Financial Aid and Veteran Services office to see if you will owe an additional amount on your registration
• Set up how you would like to receive any additional refund amounts by reviewing Disbursements and Refunds
• For any questions concerning dorms, deposits, meal plans or book charges, please contact the Business Administration Office at 928-428-8221

Remain Eligible for Financial Aid

• EAC Financial Aid and Veteran Services, reviews student transcripts and attempted coursework prior to awarding financial aid and following each period of enrollment
• All students receiving financial aid funding are required to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
• All students are expected to understand and comply with SAP and maximum time frame responsibilities, or they may lose financial aid eligibility
• If a student loses eligibility due to extenuating circumstances, they may follow the Appeal Process
