Designed for working professionals and traditional students, Eastern Arizona College’s Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership prepares graduates for careers in public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

The program emphasizes discussion-based learning, applied projects, and real-world problem solving—ensuring graduates are equipped to lead teams, manage change, and communicate with confidence across organizations immediately upon graduation.

Program Highlights

This program was built with flexibility in mind:

Course Delivery: 100% online or hybrid options
Course length: 8-week sessions
Credits required: 120 credit hours
Transfer-friendly: Prior college credits are accepted

Full-time options support students working while earning their degree. Part-time options support those balancing family, career, or other commitments. Students can switch between full-time and part-time enrollment each semester to accommodate changing life circumstances.
