Class Registration

 

When to Register

Check the Academic Calendar for registration dates for semester-length courses. You may register for late-start courses through the first day of the course, unless noted otherwise in the class schedule. You may register for a course after the registration period has closed with the written approval of the instructor on an Add/Drop Slip.

Registration Options

There are multiple ways to register for classes at EAC. Determine which option best fits your needs and schedule, then proceed to the explanation section below by clicking the details

 

Option 1 – Register Online

Gila Hank Online is the College’s web-based registration system. The system is accessible via the Web from any Internet-connected computer, on or off-campus. For more information, see Using Gila Hank Online.

Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 10:15 p.m.
Saturday 12 a.m. – Monday 3:30 a.m.

 

Using Gila Hank Online, you can:
    • Check available courses
    • Register for classes in real-time
    • Check class schedules
    • Check semester grades
    • Pay your tuition and fees
    • Obtain official or unofficial transcripts
    • Complete course evaluations
    • Update personal information

 

To use Gila Hank Online for the first time:

To use the web-based registration system, you must enter your Monster ID and password. If you do not know your Monster ID, contact the Records and Registration Office. Call 428-8270 or 1-800-678-3808 ext. 8270 if you haven’t received your Monster ID in the mail.

After acquiring your Monster ID:

    • Go to the EAC homepage and click on “Gila Hank Online” or click here.
    • Input your Monster ID
    • Input your password (if you are logging in for the first time, your password is your student ID number including leading zeroes).
    • Click Logon
    • On your first login, you will be required to select a new password (take care to select a password that you will remember but no one else will guess)
Congratulations!

You are now ready to use Gila Hank Online, EAC’s web-based registration system! (all future logins require only your Monster ID and password.)

    • After logging in, click the Registration tab
    • Click Registration on the sub-menu
    • Select the correct semester/term
    • For each course, enter the section number and click Go
Gila Hank Online for Continuing Students:
    • Go to the EAC homepage and click on “Gila Hank Online” or click here.
    • Enter your Monster ID and your password (case-sensitive)
    • Click Logon
    • After logging in, click the Registration tab
    • Click Registration on the sub-menu
    • Select the correct semester/term
    • For each course, enter the section number and click Go

 

Option 2 – Register in Person

Thatcher Campus & Graham County:

Register in person at the Records and Registration Office in the Student Services Building. The Records and Registration Office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Greenlee County
