Student ID

New full-time students

ID cards for Spring 2024 semester will be available starting January 8, 2024.  To qualify for an EAC ID, students must be Full-Time (12+ credits), have their tuition paid in full or a payment plan successfully set up. Students with pending aid holding their classes can get their EAC IDs once funds are disbursed to their account and their classes are paid in full.

Students are issued one free student identification card per Academic year. If lost, a replacement student identification card may be obtained for a $10.00 fee.

Student ID cards are not issued to part-time students taking less than 12 credits per semester.

Photos for ID Cards may be submitted online through the students Gila Hank Account. Photo ID’s will be available for pick up at the EAC Library one business day after the submitted photo is approved.
