Event and Room Reservations

If you’re planning an event on campus, you must reserve your room before contacting the catering office. Additionally, the EA facility rental invoice is seperate from the EA Monster Catering invoice. Catering sets their own rates and services.

Menu Customizations, Dietary Needs, and Food Safety
  • How do you accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies?

    It is the client’s responsibility to inform EA Monster Catering of any food allergies or special dietary needs at least 7 business days before the event.

    We offer menu items suitable for various dietary restrictions. However:

    • We are not an allergen-free facility
    • There is a risk of cross-contamination
    • EA assumes no liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or removed from the premises

    Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to availability.

  • Can we customize the menu?

    Yes. Menu preferences can be discussed with the catering manager. Additional charges may apply for customizations.

  • What meal options are available for campus groups or teams?

    Boxed lunches and team meals are available and are ideal for campus groups, meetings, and athletics.

Services and What's Included
  • What do you provide for off-campus caterings?

    The client is responsible for setting up the event, including decorations, buffet tables, guest tables, and chairs.

    If requested, EAC Catering can:

    • Cover tables with linens (rental fees apply)
    • Set up place settings
    • Provide EAC centerpieces

    The catering department will:

    • Arrange the buffet table with linens and necessary items
    • Remove all catering items and linens after the event

    The client is responsible for additional cleanup and teardown.

  • Do you offer linen rentals?

    Yes:

    • Round Tablecloth (85”x85”) – $3.50 each
    • Banquet Tablecloth (52”x114”) – $4.00 each
  • Are there any restrictions for event setup or decorations?

    Yes. The following are not permitted:

    • Candles or open flames (except canned fuel)
    • Glitter
    • Streamers
    • Rice
    • Confetti
    • Silly string
  • Does EA provide servers for the buffet line?

    Once all purchased food has been set out, EA Food Services staff will return to the kitchen until the event concludes.
