Students on middle campus looking for a bite to eat, a cup of coffee, or a new notebook have been happy to find the new Monster Pit Stop in the lobby of the Academic Programs Building. The storefront, located inside the main doors of the Academic Programs Building, is just big enough to offer coffee, sodas, premade breakfast burritos, fruit cups, sandwiches, salads, and other snack items. They also carry some school supplies and other branded merchandise.

“We have been thrilled with the response to the Pit Stop, since we opened in August,” said Heidi Morris, Campus Store and Monster Pit Stop manager. “It’s a great location and we have tables and chairs for students to take a break and refuel before hitting their next class.”

The hours for the Monster Pit Stop are 7:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and students, faculty, staff, and community are invited to make the Monster Pit Stop a regular stop on their daily schedule.
