Proposition 308

Proposition 308 allows qualifying non-citizen Arizona high school graduates to receive in-state tuition at Eastern Arizona College.

Eligibility Requirements

Students who meet the eligibility requirements can take advantage of Eastern Arizona’s affordable tuition rates. Additionally, they can apply for financial aid through state and local grants, scholarships, and tuition waiver programs.

To qualify, students must have:

• Attended a public or private high school or a homeschool equivalent in Arizona for at least two years.
• Graduated from an Arizona public or private high school or a homeschool equivalent, or obtained a high school equivalency diploma in Arizona.

If the above requirements are met, non-citizen Arizona high school graduates can register for classes and receive in-state tuition at Eastern Arizona College.
