Gila Hank’s Cafe offers a large selection of made-to-order menu items and traditional cafeteria dining, including a weekly rotation of meals from Hank’s Great Southwest and Big Island menus, to the Spudtacular Potato Bar.


À la carte

All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to order à la carte from the Gila Hank’s Cafe menu. From deli sandwiches and salads to enchilada fries and tacos, this menu offers a variety of options to feed hungry minds.

Meal Plans:

All students living on campus must purchase a meal plan that adds value, flexibility, and convenience to their dining and campus experience.


Meal plan options include:
    • Plan A - $3,000
    • Plan B - $2,000
    • Plan C - $500

$250 meal bonus credit with any self-pay meal plan

Monster Meal Cards

Monster Meal Cards conveniently monitor and ensure funds are being spent on meals. Cards can be purchased at Gila Hank’s Cafe. Funds can be added to the card by using the QR Code on the back.

Our supervisors understand that school life is hectic, and that you may have special scheduling needs. Many students have jobs at EAC Food Services, so finding a substitute to cover a shift can be easy! Also, for every meal shift you work, you get a free meal for yourself!

Students wishing to work in a work-study position need to have completed their FAFSA application and have it on file with the College. Most work-study jobs are institutional work-study, however Federal work-study is also available for employment in the EAC Food Services. You also must be taking six credit-hours or more.


Food Service Refunds

Students, who cancel their food service prior to 60% of the current semester, will be eligible for a pro-rata refund only if they completely withdraw from EAC.
