Thatcher, AZ—Eastern Arizona College's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will host a seminar entitled, "The Color Code and Your Business: How the 'Color Code Personality Test' can help manage your employees," on Thursday, August 30, 2012, from 6-8 p.m., in the EAC High Tech Center Room # 124.

"This unique seminar will enlighten you on who to hire, how to motivate and keep your employees, and how to bring your business to the next level," says Kevin Peck, EAC SBDC director, and host of the seminar. Admission is $20 per person.

"You will absolutely come out of this class understanding people better at work, at home, and in all your relationships," says Mark Efros, a former Director of HR for Embassy Suites/Doubletree Hotels and former Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigator for the federal government. "This is not just another personality profile. Every organization can benefit from the Color Code."

"Because of the Color Code, I understand myself better, I understand my husband and children and all the people around me better. I use this knowledge daily, personally, and professionally," says Kally Efros, a Certified Color Code Trainer who has presented workshops across the country. ?Understanding it enriches and deepens all my relationships. Who doesn't want that?"

"Come out and see for yourself that the Color Code is the most revolutionary and accurate measurement of your personality available on the market today," says Mark Efros. "Once you have learned the Color Code, you will never see yourself or others the same way again. The Color Code is your best bet for understanding how to make sense out of life?s relationship puzzles."
