By Lexi Heninger

Thatcher, AZ—

Eastern Arizona College’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is hosting a Greenlee County seminar entitled, “9 Ways to Market Your Business Online,” on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, from 6-8 p.m., at the Greenlee County Chamber of Commerce office in the Clifton Train Depot. This free seminar will discuss nine specific actions any business owner can take to help gain an online presence.

“The Internet has changed how small businesses connect with their customers. Having a Facebook page or website is a start, but there is so much more businesses can do these days,” says Kevin Peck, Director of EAC’s SBDC. “Today, marketing your small business means doing things to help you gain visibility via the many tools available online, most of which are free or low-cost. It’s about reaching real-life customers through online portals and giving them a reason to come visit your store.”

Registration is not required but encouraged as seating is limited. Call Charmaine Chidester, at the Greenlee County SBDC at (928) 651-3673, or visit www.eac.edu/sbdc to register or for more information.
