Pinocchio Commediais the inspired adaptation of Carlo Collodi’s classic Pinocchio ,” says the play’s Director, Dr. Dan Robbins. “This show is for both children and those who are still young at heart. The production is filled with screwball comedy, slapstick, and just plain fun.”

“This play-within-a-play has eight featured characters and a chorus of twelve,” continues Robbins.

“The characters are from commedia dell’arte, such as Pantalone, Pedrolina, and Pulchinella, among others. But they are also performing the story of Pinocchio and assume those roles. All in all, the production is a one-act farce.”

This production is approximately one hour in length. Admission price for Pinocchio Commediais $3/person. Tickets may be purchased at the door or by calling EAC’s Ticket Office at 428-8228.
