THATCHER, AZ—Eastern Arizona College’s Discovery Park Campus, in conjunction with the Communicative Arts Department, will host a free, family-oriented Halloween storytelling night on Friday, October 31, from 8 to 9 p.m. in the Great Kiva at Discovery Park Campus.

Lee Russell, EAC’s speech instructor, and Harry Swanson, dean of the Discovery Park Campus, will each take turns in the telling of Halloween and “ghost” stories. Attendees to the event will also be invited to share their favorite spooky story around a contained campfire.

“Here’s another safe Halloween night alternative for you and your little ones,” said Swanson. “We look forward to sharing and hearing everyone’s favorite ‘ghost stories’—and don’t forget—hot chocolate for all!”
