THATCHER, AZ —Eastern Arizona College’s ballroom dance class was so successful in the fall that it is now being offered this Spring! The class will meet on Thursday evenings in the Main Dining Hall of the Gherald L. Hoopes Jr. Activities Center from 7 to 8:30 p.m. beginning August January 12.

Dances that will be covered during the class include: swing, waltz, ragtime, polka, salsa, and tango. The course will culminate with a ball at the end of the semester in December.

“This is a great activity for couples to do together, and a great way for single people to meet,” said EAC Dance Instructor, Gayla Curtis.
