EAC’s Discovery Park Campus continues anthropology lecture series, Discover Anthropology

THATCHER, AZ—EAC’s Discovery Park Campus continues Discover Anthropology, its bi-monthly series of free Southwest anthropology slide show lectures on Saturday, August 18, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. in the Jupiter Room at the Discovery Park Campus, 1651 West Discovery Park Blvd, Safford.

This week’s lecture, entitled Southwest Native American Subsistence Foods, is free and open to the public. Limited samples of “nature’s wild goodies” will be provided (first come, first served).

The lecture will be presented by Dean Harry Swanson of EAC’s Discovery Park Campus, a noted lecturer on Southwest Native American cultures. For more information, call 428-6260.
