EAC's SBDC presents World Class Customer Service Workshops

Thatcher, AZ—THATCHER, AZ?Eastern Arizona College's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering a series of workshops entitled, World Class Customer Service.

The series of workshops will be held at the Morenci Recreation Center-Party Room on Tuesday evenings, April 7, 14, 21, 2015 from 6-8 p.m.

Admission is $30 for the whole series.

The series of three workshops will focus on how to ensure your business has exceptional customer service. Customer service can increase sales, retain customers, improve the working environment for employees, and gives a competitive advantage.

"We'll discuss a wide-range of situations from handling an upset customer to dealing with social media etiquette. There will be hands-on case studies and role playing and we will also learn how your interaction impacts the reputation of the whole county," says EAC SBDC Business counselor, Charmaine Chidester.

Each participant who attends all three sessions and completes class activities will receive a certification of completion.

Chidester continues, "This series isn't just for the small business owner. It is for the county or city employee, for the FMI worker who interacts with the public on a daily basis, and also for high school students looking at going into any service-based field. We are really going to think outside the box and study body language, employee interaction, and how to implement exceptional service in a variety of settings."
