Thatcher, AZ—Did you get a new Windows 8 computer this past summer or this school season but don’t know how to use it? Or do you simply want to get more out of it? Eastern Arizona College is offering a short-term, five-week course on Windows 8. The classes will be taught by EAC computer instructor, James McBride.

Windows 8, CMP113E, Microsoft OS, section #0638, will be offered on Tuesday evenings from September 23 to October 21, from 5:30 to 9 p.m., in HTC-113.

“If you’re interested in learning what this technology buzz is all about and how to use it in your personal life or business, this class is for you,” says McBride. “You don’t even need to have this technology. EAC has invested in Windows 8 products for you to explore with and use in class.”

Regular tuition and fees apply for this half-credit course. Arizona residents age 55 and over qualify for a tuition waiver. For more information or to register, contact the EAC Records and Registration Office at (928) 428-8270 or register online at www.eac.edu.
