EAC Theatre Department presents "The Hypochondriac"

Thatcher, AZ—EAC's Theatre Arts Department will perform "The Hypochondriac," a play by Moliere, November 20-22, at 7:30 p.m., and November 23, at 2 p.m. The play will be held in the round at the Fine Arts Auditorium and is directed by part-time theatre instructor, Sean William Dupont.

The play is a comedic ballet about Argand, an egotist, who thinks he is very ill. He surrounds himself with teams of doctors and is constantly consuming medicine. He hopes that his daughter, Angulique, will marry a medical student, to benefit himself, although she is in love with someone else. Anqulique?s mother has her own plans for her daughter.

Admission for "The Hypochondriac" is $5 per person. Full-time EAC students will be admitted free with student ID.
