ASPIRE provides assistance for students with demonstrated academic need, such as placement in pre-college level math or English and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Low income
• Parents have not completed a four-year college degree
• Have a documented disability and require academic support

Participants receive the following services

• Advising and counseling
• Workshops and one-to-one help in developing study skills
• Assistance with financial aid and scholarships
• Alternative math classes with video-based supplemental instruction
• Learning Resources Center at The Den (Building 20, across from the library) includes small group and individual tutoring, computers, and supplemental instructional materials
